Reasons to Give

The Northrup Society

The stories of yesterday are the legacy upon which today’s Princeton Public Library was built. The groundwork for our success was laid by good will and philanthropic gestures 100 years in the making.

In 1945, Mrs. E.F. Northrup left the Princeton Public Library its first recorded bequest. We honor Mrs. Northrup’s vision and charitable act by giving her name to our legacy society. One Person can make a difference and Mrs. Northrup’s testamentary gift of $1,000 was surely significant in its day.

We invite you to become a member of The Northrup Society. In doing so, you will join a special group of individuals who have told us that they have provided for the Princeton Public Library Foundation in their will or estate plan.
